What is the shelf life of your syrup?

The syrup is good for one year from the manufacturing date. We produce in small batches so we’re always sending out fresh product.

Does the syrup need to be refrigerated?

After opening, yes! The syrup needs to be refrigerated. Before opening, they are shelf stable. The syrup will last for a couple months once opened and kept in the fridge.

What happens if my product is damaged when I receive it?

Oh no! We try our best at avoiding breakage but it happens. Please send us an email right away to info@siropco.com with some photos (it helps us improve our processes) and we’ll get a replacement to you right away!

How fast does it get here?

Typically pretty fast. We ship all orders Priority Mail via USPS. Once you receive a ship notification you should receive your order within 5-7 business days (usually). You can always email us if your looking for an update.

Can I purchase as a gift?

Yes! When checking out, provide the recipient’s shipping address and name. You have the option of including a gift message as well.
